MSN Messenger/Skype Video Calling

Hi. I have heard that you can use the Nokia N95 as a web cam and I have heard that you can use the Nokia N95 for VoIP calls. BUT has anyone discovered any software that will allow you to do both (i.e. can you do a VoIP (e.g. MSN Live) video call). This would be really cool as you could do a video call from wherever you happen to be in the world.

just installed it, for me it keeps dropping the internet connection tried wifi and 3g

But this program does not allow what ifflanb asked for, free webcam IM, effectively a free video call, right?
