VOX upload software freezes

i have installed the VOX upload tool to my N95. not the one that comes with the phone, but the one you can download to allow you to perform more upload functions.

but everytime i try to add a new photo to my vox it freezes my phone.
has anybody had any experience with this program, and know whether it works properly or not?
