Suggestions for FAX software?

There is one thing that comombo does very well - it compresses the picture and improves readability directly on the mobile phone.

This way you send only 50KB instead of 1MB as with scanr.

So for data traffic i pay 0,05 cents instead of 1 euro/page as i would with scanr. Thats 20 times cheaper!

i have an update here - a new user case. Found it on another forum, but stil:

So, was that Comombo, or with ScanR? Since we have discussed both here....

I really did not want to use an outside fax service to do my faxing. From what I understand, the N95 does not have fax capability (a fax modem) built in, so you must digitally transfer what you have somewhere else where there is a fax modem for the fax to take place.

I think I have a customer in the US that has something setup at his office that does this for him from his mobile phone, but cannot remember who it is. They avoid endless charges this way.

I personally would like to see a charted comparison between the different software and companies that provide this. Pro, cons, costs, reliability, etc.

I got Comombo install on the phone but it keep telling me to exit the apps and set it up first. How do I go about setting the phone up to accept Comombo?
