Installing Apps ? and Messaging ?

1. Do all Apps need to be installed to the Phone Mem as best practice or do they run just as well of the mem card? pls

2. I have tried downloading and installing Yahoo Go 2.0 on my phone and after confirming download and install on my phone it spits out "Invalid Jar File!" as an error. Can anyone advise on what the issue is?

Tnx

Inqui

I would think the apps would run faster off phone memory?

All my apps are installed to phone memory. Theres more than enough space (over 100mb usable) and that means my apps are intact even when the memory card is switched out. Apps load fast, and i use my mem card for maps, photos, videos, music, etc.

I would have thought faster from the phone memory too... I've installed all my programs to the phone memory anyway, for the sake of swapping memory cards. Like you said, there's more than enough room. I've got about 45 apps installed, so I'm actually getting near full. Probably just about 10% free. Looking forward to the next FW update just to weed out some useless applications!
