Basically, at first you have to make sure that you do have
access to that Internet computer using string like this //ComputerName/ShareName from another computer in your local network,
then try it from your phone via the same local network.
About the port forwarding on your router. You don't need to do anything
on your router unless you have there some non-standard configuration or limitations.
