cool app for scanning & copying

hi!

this is my first post, so first hola to everybody! my share for today:

i found this app that lets you photograph docs, and then email them as pdf (this is for free) or FAX them - chk home page

the developer says that it compresses the photo by 95% and saves on data costs.

is there anything similar? has anyone any experience with this?

Yes, we have discussed this software in another thread, it looks really neat.
I have not used it myself, although I think i may actually need to soon. There is also another program called ScanR which apparently does the same thing, although it's rumoured that Comombo's data size for one page is around 50KB, where ScanR can be up to 1MB for one page.

I use this software. I like it very much- as Salada mentions- the file reduction is very nice.
