its only illegal to share and distribute copyright content though p2p, i believe telling someone about p2p programs isn't counted as an illegal activity.

Symtorrent... Could this be the problem?

I have rebuilt SymTorrent 1.30 with a new certificate, and now it sould be valid for another year. Please download the latest version if you had problems installing the application."
