i use mobiegenie with best profiles.

I use Interactive Voice Call Master which has a heap of features and rejects faster than Best Blacklist
it does need some tweaking for some features but is is a very promising app

I have tried some of them, It rejects the call after half or one ring, which indicates the caller that his/her call is being rejected.

The best one is BlackBaller, does blacklisting for calls and sms's.
