iskoot not via WIFI
I have read that you can connect to iskoot via WIFI, so I tried in the offline mode and it won't. So I suppose it doesn't work on WIFI than?

if the phone is in offline mode (flight mode) does it still allow wifi to be used?

The way I understand Iskoot is that it works by calling your phone to complete the skype call. It cannot work in offline mode
