Wow this sounded almost revolutionary when I first read your post, but unfortunately the site holds its own database
Only including a tiny fraction of the videos found on video hosting websites like you mentioned
Still a nice idea though, a little like Mobile Youtube :D

why do you say its only a tiny fraction of the videos found on video hosting websites? Are there videos that you can find in those sites that can't be found here.

Looking into it further, the site seems to base itself around the more popularly viewed videos
Which I suppose appeals to the majority of watchers :D

I work for veveo who provide this vtap service. We believe we have a good coverage of most of the popular Internet Video sites that I mentioned above and also thousands of other video sties, we also provide latest news videos from various sources. Definitely the newest videos from these sites will not be available yet - our index is now more than 100 million and growing. We continue to add more sites and videos into our index, please do send us any video site that we can add to our index OR any other comment/feedback.

I was wondering if I need to configure my wireless (netgear)router to make this work? I keep getting "Disconnected, Try again" message on my phone.
I can view vtap videos at my workplace no problem but when I try to view them at home I always get that "disconnected" message..is it a router setting? thanks.
