Remote PC access (VNC) ?

With the new f/w I am interested in seeng how remote access performs on the N95.

I would like to be able to access my home PC (by vnc or otherwise) and 'use' it from the N95.

Best options? Anyone doing this successfully?

To what extent are you intending to join the phone and the PC?

SymSMB 2.00 works great for file sharing between the two

Yep, already using SymSMB 2.0 - Great app!

I want to be able to see a representation of the PC screen (albeit a small one) on the N95 ... and use the PC as if I was sat in front of it - as with vnc.

Gizmo - just to clarify, are you saying you use Symsmb 2.0 to access files held on your PC from your N95 while out on the road?

Tried this ? i haven`t, and its for s60 2nd not 3rd don`t know if it work on 3rd, but it got some nice comments.

S60 2nd not likely to work, but VNC+ is supposed to. I treid it and was unable to get it to install but will try again later / tomorrow.

shape services has one called RDM+ as well

I have used a couple of VNC clients, symbian and java based. I'm sure a quick Google or search of this forum will sort you out.
