Navigon wish list - please contribute
Very simple, a want to compile a list of wants with many people behind it so navigon might do something.
Why navigon, and not route66, garmin, copilot or navicore?
Well, out of them all (which I have tried), navigon has by far the best routing and instructions. Also it seems to have the most up to date postcodes.
I feel that once you have the good routing and instructions, adding things is a lot easier.
The wishlist for navigon goes thus, and I will update this post if anyone adds anything:
Custom POI addition, along with adjustable proximity warnings
The ability to add a point on the map under a cursor, so you can scroll to somewhere and add the point as a favourite.
Ability to see/plan the route.
Ability to 'block' a certain length of road (handy for traffic works etc).
Traffic alerts.
I would quite happily pay more for these implimentations.
