It worked fine on mine and i'm sure the date in the analogue clock didn't change.

I should have mentioned I'm not using fontrouter. Just dropping the fonts in resource/fonts. Would I be right in thinking if I used fontrouter (I'm assuming that's the right name) and used the forceantialiasing option I'd get the smoothness I'm after?
Also Mr G, I had a look but couldn't find it, what is the name of that Snow White theme I saw you link earlier in the thread?

Snow white theme,don't know mate......it wasn't a screenshot from my handset just a screenshot of the font that i got from the fonts scource.

This might be a bit off topic but lately, I tried to install some of the N95 fonts on my friend's E90 but some work and some don't.
Any reason why since they both use *.ttf fonts ?
Also, the boot & re-boot routine are quite taxing. Is there any other way around ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know the answer to your first question i'm afraid and the phone needs to be re-booted for the fonts to activate.
