I found this guide to change my fonts in menu, it drove me nuts how small they were, and I used this link (found on this forum)
Take0n How to change the font on your S60 3rd edition phone
I changed default zooming to 120 from 100 and voila, my menu fonts look great.

Mr.G, could you post your fontrouter.ini settings ? most of my fonts are Ok, but some are just too large. I downsized a bit from 120% to 110% and it's more 'even' but some remain too large, if I go to 'Gallery' all fonts 'images and videos' and 'tracks' and 'lifeblog' etc.. They are about twice as large as menu items, contacts, messaging etc...
something is still out of whack...
here's what mine looks like:

All i change is the zoom ratio, nothing else.

Rockwell is a pretty sweet font, looks pretty cool with a black theme.
Should be on most windows pc's.

the new font i have applied is truncated at the bottom. i have tried to edit the fontrouter.ini with the following:
