Unhappy Please Help!!! - Signing an Application

Hi, im trying to sign RotateMe 2.0 Beta 4. I was going to wait until the official release was out which was supposed to be Wednesday but it stilll hasn't been released. Hopefully it will be soon!

Anyway, Ive done all the bits with SymbianSigned.com and got the certificate.

Im trying to sign the application with SignSIS but when I put all the relevant paths for the files in the program then click verify it comes up with:

'ERROR - Output file not found'

I would of thought there would of been no output file as this is what im trying to create... A signed copy of RotateMe.

Please can someone advise me as to what im doing wrong! I would seriously appreciate your help!

Many thanks!!!

The final release will be unsign also, so your problem will still be the same.

Is this what you have when you open SignSis?

do check your output path. make sure there're no additional slashes (/) or full stops (.)

shorten the output file name if necessary

did you use the devcertrequestcontrol from SignSIS to generate your cert? if you did, you can't use binpda's as theirs is a different key and keyfile. try using SignSIS again and check your output path. or modify the binpda's to use the correct keyfile and key

if all else fails, follow this no-brainer guide

Hi guys, I realy appreciate your help! I thought it would be best to delete everything and start from scratched. I think I mucked something up (have a strange feeling I mixed up the .key and .cer files as I mdae two different copies of them). Not sure if that makes a difference but finally got it working.

Thanks again! :D

Could someone help me with a similar problem.

I need to sign the Beta 5, and I'm unable to do it because none of my email addresses work (apparently domains that are .au don't work).

My hotmail (which also doesn't work, obviously) is: choir_boy99@hotmail.com
My IMEI number is: 354835013445888

Feel free to IM me on MSN.

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated, because rotateme seems a wonderful application, and I'd hate to miss out on it because SymbianSigned is overly anal about who joins them.
