Are there anyone at all that has heard any news about being able to reguest a certificate again? Or an alternative way of signing applications that is not as restricted as the online method at symbian signed?

Please note that due to a different system being introduced by Symbiansigned recently, GenialSIS no longer functions as described, which is why this thread has been closed.

The only current way in which you can obtain a Developer Certificate to sign any apps, is detailed here... Be sure to take note of the warning!

To sign an app using Symbiansigned, you need the signable version of it. THIS is a partial list of apps that are believed to be able to be signed by this means.

There are other ways, which you will find discussed in the forum but these require hacking into the operating system of your phone and unless you know what you're doing, it's not advised!
