Reload Copilot 6 on new Phone

I had my N95 Stolen which had Copilot 6 installed on it. I have replaced the phone with a new one but cannot work out how to load the Copilot on it. I originally loaded it in the stolen phone from the Micro SD card (which was in the phone when it was stolen), the CD's supplied with the software don't seem to have an option to reload the phone.

Has any one any ideas or am I being thick
