Got it working at last. I prefer version 2.0, 3.0 is still slow and not as user friendly IMO.

I have it install, best to use the jad file and download on your phone, that way you get the right version.

Update on this:

Yahoo now has 270 mobile devices that can use the Y! GO 3.0 software including the N95-3, but still no N82...

Has anyone been able to grab that install file yet?

Well, I sent Yahoo another email this morning, and while eating dinner, I tried to download the program and it finally worked!

...this is on my N82.

*EDIT, I just checked the supported list of phones on Yahoo's website, and the N82, N95, and N95 8GB are now there!

Thanks Johnny! Incidentally, do you know of any newspapers/news networks which send free updates via SMS to Canada? Of all the places Ive checked so far it looks like CNN is the only one, but I don't th that does free SMS updates, butRogers isn't in the carrier dropdown box. Mobile browsing on websites is fine and everything, but I'm looking to take advantage of free incoming text messages here and stay up to date with the election and such.

This app actually looksfairly cool also, it has maps with support for GPS and routing, between this and google maps, it won't be long until we have free voice guidence!

Hope they next release has messenger also. Wealso now have two first party ways to upload photos to flickr now! If only uploading to facebook was this easy, shozu is good, but not perfect. Being able to edit your flick gallery with this app is handy though. And checking email is always better through an app than a browser.

i just installed it now and it's a little faster than the last one but i still have no use for it until they put the messenger on there really.

For people who REALLY want the messenger, can't they just use MSN, i thought those things can interconnect now? And also the chemical brothers are freaking awsome, listening to them right now...so good, better than the prodigy IMO, yeah, just needed to throw that out there...

Yeah, I really like the program too... One thing, the program doesn't display doesn't support the N82 landscape mode (rotated screen)

..besides that, I'm still finding new parts of the program that I enjoy.
