How can i export my "workout summary" to excel.
I can only export to this format (GPX,XML elr CSV).

Is there any easy way to export my "workout s" to excel?

Well, I can tell you that XML (Extensible Markup Language) and CSV (Comma Seperated Values) are both formats that Excel likes to be fed, therefore you should have no problems opening them.

If you have an XML file, you can go into Excel and choose File -> Open and point to the file.

If you have a CSV file, you should be able to double-click it to open it in Excel, unless your file associations have been inadvertently changed. In that case, just follow the same method to open up the CSV as with the XML. You really shouldn't have any problems.

Are you getting a specific error message? You should be able to copy those files across easily... Unless you have some kind of security software stopping you from doing so.

It shouldn't look 'crap' apart from you having to resize the columns in Excel. But usually when importing into Excel that's all you have to do. Excel should automatically split the data into it's own columns (in the case of a CSV file, it will create a new column for each piece of data it finds on a particular row that is seperated by a comma). i.e. Comma Seperated Values.
