N95 ABLE To use Multimedia keys for GAMING!!!
Holly Crap guys!! i was sitting aroung playing the new ngage games and i discovered this!!!!!
My god it is actually possible, the "stop" media button acts as the "A" gaming button!!! and the "play/pause" button acts as "B" gaming button!!
and vice versa when you rotate the screen!!!!! Try it.
Please thank me if you find this as amazing as i did!!

Nice find mate! I wonder if this is due to the application actually being for the N81, or whether we will get the support when the application is availible for us too

But it would be wierd that it was mapped to the Media buttons no? Unless Nokia uses the same circuitry mapping for the two phones? how bizarre.
Perhaps in the future Nokia might consider mapping all four of those keys so we'll have a truely fantastic gaming experience, especially the fighting game, "ONE"

Leong- didn't we talk about this like a month or two ago?
Nokia has always allowed access to the media buttons for software developers- they have chosen to ignore it. The problem is that not all the device that will be compatible with Ngage platform will have the media keys.
What will be nice is if there is a setting in the options to change the key mapping- so that these keys can be assigned a function in each game...

RotateMe and Screenshot where the only existing applications that I knew that could use the multimedia keys.
It means that Nokia provides the API, but software developers where not using it. I am glad that now we can use them for games!
