Hello guys
I know it been a while you discussed this topic, but I thought of saying something since I am developing a new app in python that works with FontRouter installed..
To begin with it is simple to apply a new font and it won't harm your phone. I don't know why some people had problems with this... I have been testing this method a lot and was experimenting for a while in order to develop my app...
1. Download FontRouter, sign it and install it in your PHONE memory (Important! Not memory card!)
2. Using a file explorer, like FExplorer or Y-browser, copy the font file into 'c:/data/fonts' (if this folder doesn't exist, just create it)
3. Restart your phone and, Voila!! your phone is displaying text in the new font.
I am not the author of this method, I just found it at symbian-freak and it worked fine. As i said, I have been experimenting with this to find out how it really works in order to make my app... I've been adding all kind of fonts and never had any problem. Just make sure to add .ttf fonts (truetype font)
It's really easy to follow, and one is able to enable/disable it so it won't harm your phone.. The only downside is that you have to edit the file all the time.. that's why I am making an app to just enter values and let it to the hard and annoying work :p
Well see ya in a month cause tomorrow I will fly to greeeceeeeeee
By the way you can read about the whole method at my blog :P

Don't expect much from the blog, I just write there to remember how things work etc. in later use... but you can follow the tutorials anyway :)
