Whats the difference if any, and if data etc isnt an issue, whats the best???

Opera Mobile is a more powerfull browser that works on Windows Mobile and Symbian phones. Opera Mini, on the other hand, will work on just about any phone, including the N95.

Opera Mini is your basic, no frills. It works on the majority of phone. I used to use it on my SE s700i

Opera Mobile is much more in-depth, more features, tabbed browsing, and I think flash capability imbedded etc.

Opera Mobile is the better product if the phone can support it.

i like the password manager on opera mobile. i'm using opera browser on my pc because of its password and download manager, built in irc client and torrents. :)
