This thread should not be a sticky if the thread starter does not update a list of good applications.

Sorry I just update my firmware and try to find the list of applications I used to have - this proven frustrating.

Whenever I format my phone or update the hardware, the first thing I do is go to Menu --> Applications, scroll down and write down all the stuff I have installed... then tick them off as I reinstall each one after the phone has been cleared.

Since I started doing this, I don't mind formatting the phone quite so much :)
