I like
NStarter by nomiel lots, especially for quickly switching between languages while texting or emailing.
For those who don't know it, it is an app which allows you to assign functions to the
N95's keys, so that when you hold the pencil key and press another one it can:
-start another app
-go to a website
-switch languages
-restart the phone
...and I'm sure plenty of other things besides, depending on what the user decides.
But I noticed what I think may be a bug, and I wondered if anyone else is having the same issue.
I keep having to reinstall the app, which isn't the end of the world, but it is a little annoying having to reprogram the keys.
The reason I am reinstalling is that the app seems to periodically "forget" how to autorun.
I think I've noticed a common factor which may have caused it.
I suspect it might forget about autorun each time I install a new version of Flipsilent, which I also like to keep on autorun.
Once Nstarter has forgotton about autorun, it cannot be turned back on until the app has been reinstalled.
Of course with the development of Flipsilent and co. coming on at an impressive rate, I've had to reinstall NStarter several times.
(It's well worth it though, they are both fantastic programs.)
Has anyone else noticed anything similar with this or another app? Is there a way around it?
